KETIK, JAKARTA – PT United Tractors Tbk disingkat UT adalah anak usaha Astra Internasional yang memiliki di lima grup usaha, yakni Mesin Konstruksi, Kontraktor Penambangan, Pertambangan, Industri Konstruksi, dan Energi. 

Hingga tahun 2020, United Tractors memiliki 183 titik layanan di seluruh Indonesia, antara lain 20 kantor cabang, 39 site support, dan 25 kantor perwakilan.

Posisi yang dibutuhkan: 

1. Management Trainee Administration Department Head 

Qualifications: 

• Fresh graduate or max. 2 years experience in the field of Finance, Accounting or related field. 

• Min. bachelor degree Economy, Accounting, Management or Industrial Engineering. 

• Good interpersonal and communication skills. 

• Problem solving skills. 

• Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia. 

2. Management Trainee Service Department Head 

Qualifications: 

• Fresh graduate or 2 years maximum experience in service management or related field. 

• Knowledge of service management software and hardware. 

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. 

• Willing to be placed on sites throughout Indonesia. 

3. Business Consultant 

Qualification: 

• Fresh graduate or max. 2 years experience in the field of Business Consultant or related field 

• Good interpersonal and communication skills. 

• Good negotiation skills. 

• Problem-solving skills. 

• Target oriented. 

• Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia. 

4. Creative Graphic Designer 

Qualification: 

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects. 

• Familiarity with multimedia equipment such as cameras, gimbals, drones, and lighting. 

• Graduates with a D3/S1 degree in Broadcasting/Multimedia/Visual Communication Design/Film & Television/Related fields. 

• Possess creativity, a good sense of art, and motivation for artistic work. 

5. Research & Business Development Minerals Engineer (Mandarin Speaker) 

Qualifications: 

• Fresh graduate or max. 5 years experience in the field of Business Expansion, Business Consultant, Mining Consultant, or related field. 

• Min. Master Degree in Metallurgy/Mining/Minerals.GPA min. 3.00. 

• Fluent in English and Mandarin able to use it as a working language due to the nature of this role. 

• Strong teamwork and communication skills, active thinking, strong learning and adaptation abilities 

• Experience with handling end-to-end business expansion. 

• Willing to travel all around Indonesia. 

6. After Sales Consultant 

Qualifications: 

• Fresh graduate or max. 2 years experience related in the Sales field 

• Min. Bachelor Degree all major. 

• GPA min. 3.25. 

• Ability to convince customers. 

• Good interpersonal and communication skills. 

• Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia 

7. Data Science 

Qualifications: 

• Minimum bachelor’s degree of Statistic/Mathematic Major. 

• Fresh graduate or max. 2 years of Data Scientist/Data Analyst or related field. 

• Understand data visualization tools. 

• Experience with data querying languages, and statistical or mathematical software. 

• Proficient in writing algorithms, and knowing when to apply them. 

• Excellent understanding of statistics, multivariable calculus and linear algebra. 

• Advanced coursework in machine learning and programming. 

8. Internal Audit 

Qualification: 

• Fresh graduate or max. 2 years experience in the field of Auditor/ Accounting/Corporate Finance/Risk 

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills. 

• Good interpersonal and communication skills. 

• Understand and update developments related to audit regulations. 

• Willing to travel all around Indonesia 

9. IT Technology & Infrastructure 

Qualification: 

• Fresh graduate or max. 2 years of intermediate to advanced skills in cloud computing, virtualization 

• Min. bachelor degree Computer/IT 

• Advanced knowledge of system security, hardware, software, and documenting processes performance metrics. 

• Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia. 

10. IT Business Analyst & APP Developer 

Qualifications: 

• Fresh graduate or max. 2 years experience Computer Science/Information Systems or related field. 

• Min. bachelor degree Computer/IT 

• Ability to provide technical support and resolve queries. 

• In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and determine IT needs and train end-users. 

• Willing to be placed in DKI Jakarta 

11. IT Governance & Security 

Qualifications: 

• Fresh graduate or max. 2 years experience Computer Science/Information Systems or related field. 

• Min. bachelor degree Computer/IT 

• Advanced knowledge of system security, hardware, software, and ability to keep up with technical innovation in IT support 

• Willing to be placed in DKI Jakarta 

12. Corporate Finance & Accounting 

Qualifications: 

• Fresh graduate or max. 2 years experience of Accounting or Finance. 

• Min. bachelor Degree Accounting/Economy major. 

• GPA min. 3.25. 

• Detail oriented, Strong analytical and problem solving skills. . 

• Familiar with accounting software is a plus. 

• Willing to travel all around Indonesia. 

13. Team Member Research & Business Development Mechanical Engineer (Mandarin Speaker) 

Qualification: 

• Fresh Grad or max. 5 years exp. in the field of Mechanics Engineering Consultant or related field. 

• Min. Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering specifically Electric Vehicle. 

• GPA min. 3.00. 

• Deep understanding and experienced on Electric Vehicle. 

• Fluent in English, able to use it as a working language due to the nature of this role. 

• Able to using Mandarin language for business proposed is a plus. 

• Strong teamwork and communication skills, active thinking, strong learning and adaptation abilities. 

• Experience with handling end-to-end business expansion. 

• Wiling to traveled all around Indonesia. 

14. Team Member Corporate Governance and Sustainability 

Qualification: 

• Fresh graduate or max. 2 years experience in the field of General Affairs/Building Management 

• Majoring in Electrical Engineering & Mechanical Engineering 

• GPA Min. 3.25 

• Have good communication and problem-solving skills 

• Good integrity 

• Detail oriented 

• Data-driven 

15. Team Member Social Responsibility & Communication 

Qualification: 

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, or related field with a GPA of 3.25 

• Good knowledge of corporate social media platform management 

• Strong organizational skills with solid time management abilities 

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines 

• Creative and innovative communication approaches 

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with various parties 

16. Team Member Reward Performance Industrial Relation Management (RPIRM) 

Qualification: 

• Fresh graduate or max. 2 years experience in the field of Human Resource – Industrial Relations. 

• Min. Bachelor Degree of Law Major. 

• Understand labor law and job creation law. 

• Able to communicate and negotiate with internal and external companies.
